Overseas Shipping Policy: Shipment processing times~All Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates : Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
● Shipping method: DHL, UPS, YunExpress Or Air Freight Line (Estimated delivery time: 8-22 business days)
Shipping method:
DHL (General Cargo) – first weight $18.56 (0.5KG), additional weight $4.82 (0.5KG), volume divided by 5000. Normally 8-12 days for receipt. Can be mailed: ordinary clothes, general goods, ordinary clothes, mattresses, furniture, items above 15KG are exempt from the first weight, items less than 1KG will be calculated as 1KG
UPS sensitive air freight – first weight $18.41 (0.5KG) and additional weight $5.6 (0.5KG). The volume is divided by 5000. Normally it takes 12-18 days to sign for receipt. Items up to 15KG are exempt from the first weight. Items that can be mailed include: tea, food, brand names, imitation brands, mobile phones, computers, tablets, cans, small household appliances, pure batteries, adult products, etc. If the item does not weigh 1KG, it will be calculated as 1KG
YunExpress – first weight $1.05 (0.05KG) and additional weight $1.05 (0.05KG), a registration fee of $2.8 is charged each time. The volume is divided by 5000. Normally it takes 9-15 days to sign for receipt. Items that can be mailed include: clothes, cosmetics, mobile phones, computers, tablets, small household appliances, pure batteries etc. If the item does not weigh 0.05KG, it will be calculated as 0.05KG
Air freight line – Advantages- [Double-clearance tax-free delivery to door] No matter common goods or sensitive goods
0-9.5KG: First weight 0.5kg–$14, additional weight 0.5kg–$6.35 (The Minimum Charge in the United States is 2 Kilograms).
Reference time limit: Normal customs clearance time limit is about 15-22 days for delivery to the door;
Billing method: The larger value of actual weight and volume will be used for billing, volumetric weight = length * width * height / 5000;
Items that can be mailed: food, canned food, soy sauce, kitchen utensils, snail noodles, furniture, mobile phones, computers, various electronic products, powders, liquids, etc.
Prices above: DPD will be delivered to your door with tax included. Excludes remote addresses
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Cozzi Life ships to addresses within the U.S.,U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Cozzi Life is not responsible for any customsand taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Cozzi Life is not liable for any products damagedor lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
